We’re Jarod and Veronica, the husband-and-wife team behind Dine with Roilty. Our love of cooking and bringing people together inspires every evening we create.

About fifteen years ago, we took a cooking class together. For Jarod, it opened the door to a world of techniques, ingredients, and possibilities he hadn’t yet explored. He wanted to keep learning.

That curiosity became a shared passion, shaped by years in restaurants and catering and countless meals together.

Jarod brings a technical approach to the kitchen, exploring how things work and turning new ideas into something you can taste. Cooking gives him a way to create, experiment, and share his art.

Veronica

Homestyle & heart

Veronica brings a homestyle approach to the kitchen, with the warmth and comfort that make a meal feel personal. Her style complements Jarod’s, giving their food a balance that reflects them both.

Both of us have worked across the restaurant and catering industry. We care just as much about how you feel at the table as what’s on your plate. Expect a warm welcome, a fun atmosphere, and the freedom to settle in and enjoy being taken care of.
