Not at all. Beginners and experienced home cooks are welcome. We’ll tailor the instruction and pace to your comfort level and the skills you’d like to develop.

You’ll prepare a three-course meal with Chef Roilty. Choose favorites from our full menu, and we’ll plan your class around your tastes, dietary needs, and interests. The sample menu above is just one possibility.
Recipe cards can be sent after your class so you can make the dishes again.

We come to your home, Airbnb, or vacation rental in Denver and across Colorado, including Boulder, Evergreen, Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, and Keystone. Travel is included within a 30-minute drive of downtown Denver. We’ll confirm any additional travel fees and discuss your kitchen setup before booking.

Cooking classes last about two hours. We’ll discuss your schedule before the class so you know what to expect.

Yes. Share any allergies, dietary requirements, or preferences in your inquiry so we can discuss suitable dishes and substitutions when planning your menu.

For in-person classes, we bring the ingredients and cooking tools and handle setup, service, and cleanup. For online classes, you’ll receive a shopping list in advance and cook in your own kitchen with live instruction and time for questions. Online ingredients are purchased separately.
For an in-person class, your home or rental needs four burners, an oven, and enough workspace to prepare the meal. We use the plates, cutlery, and glassware available on-site.

Absolutely. Private classes work well for couples, birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor and bachelorette parties, group getaways, and team-building events. In-person classes have a two-guest minimum.
You can also gift a cooking class.

Use our Check Your Date form to share your date, group size, location, and plans. We usually reply within a few hours. Inquire at least two weeks ahead, ideally one to two months before your event. Your inquiry does not reserve a date. See our booking and payment details for deposits, final payment, and rescheduling.
